Job Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the client conference center, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and fully functional.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and conferences, providing top-notch service and attention to detail.
  • Supervise and guide a team of support staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely services.
  • Handle client inquiries and requests, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for the conference center.
  • Monitor budgets and manage expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the facility.
