The environment sits within a sophisticated corporate communications and marketing function that plays a key role in how the firm engages both internal employees and external clients.Job DescriptionSupport planning and execution of a range of events including conferences, client receptions, town halls, seminars, ERG programs, and branded sponsorship activationsCoordinate full event lifecycle: intake, scheduling, budgeting, venue sourcing, vendor coordination, contracts, speaker logistics, and on-site executionAssist with sponsorship and conference participation strategy, including identifying relevant industry opportunities and supporting business-aligned recommendationsManage event logistics such as invitations, registration platforms, attendee tracking, communications, and follow-upsOversee event inventory including tickets, promotional items, and branded materials, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance reportingCoordinate with internal teams (AV/IT, legal, compliance, creative, finance, and communications) to ensure smooth executionSupport external vendors, venues, and partners to deliver high-quality event experiencesMaintain event calendars, inboxes, and tracking systems to ensure organization and prioritization across multiple initiativesAssist with post-event reporting, including surveys, feedback collection, and recommendations for future improvementsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
