In the US, the business has an FDA approved antibiotic expected to launch in early 2027 which has favorable data and an expectation to take significant market share. The group's pipeline also has several additional antibiotics which have FDA fast track designations and quick launches subsequently.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute a comprehensive commercial operations and sales enablement strategy.Lead sales training, onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs.Oversee CRM ownership, implementation, optimization, governance, and adoption.Build sales tools, playbooks, account planning resources, and field support infrastructure.Lead pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and gross-to-net planning.Design and govern rebate programs, commercial agreements, and contract processes.Partner with finance and market access teams on government pricing and reimbursement activities.Establish reporting, dashboards, analytics, forecasting, and field performance tracking.Support territory design, account allocation, and sales operations effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful commercial execution and launch readiness.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
