Job Description

  • Lead the design, development and delivery of innovative, technology‑enabled learning programs for professionals across multiple regions and career stages
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to identify evolving development needs and translate them into practical, engaging learning solutions
  • Create and facilitate professional skills programs, delivered both in‑person and virtually
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of learning initiatives, from needs assessment and pilot through rollout, measurement and continuous improvement
  • Track program effectiveness through data, KPIs and ROI analysis, using insights to inform strategy and secure stakeholder buy‑in
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with people strategy, leadership development, technology and communications teams to ensure alignment with broader firm goals

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in learning and development, curriculum design and facilitation within a professional services or similarly complex environment
  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering development programmes for senior, high‑performing professional populations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to partner effectively with senior leaders and subject‑matter experts
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience supporting attorney or professional development in a legal or professional services setting is required
