The Office Services Coordinator will play a key role in providing administrative and operational support within the financial services industry. This position is Contract to Hire and the ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and is detail-oriented. This role is on-site Monday through Friday 8am-6pm.
  • Must have a completed Bachelors Degree.
  • On-site Monday through Friday in Soho.

Job Description

  • Oversee the Reception Desk and answer incoming calls & emails for the office.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain office equipment and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing materials for events and team meetings.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for staff and visitors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline office operations and improve processes.
  • Provide general support to employees and visitors as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have a completed Bachelors Degree to be considered.
  • Previous experience in Reception, Front Desk and/or Office Coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle daily office operations effectively.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with team members and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday 8am-6pm (OT eligible).
