They provide a collaborative environment and continue to grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.Job Description* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Record journal entries, including accruals and prepaids, and perform account reconciliations * Manage balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate supporting documentation * Contribute to month-end and year-end close across multiple entities * Oversee payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, and cash activity * Track and reconcile revenue from POS and other operational systems * Support accounting functions across diverse hospitality and multi-unit operations * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and performance metrics * Support tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements * Maintain organized financial records while ensuring adherence to GAAP and internal controlsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
