MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant7+ years of management consulting experience or 10+ years of industry experience within Aerospace & Defense, manufacturing, or engineering-focused organizations.Deep expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including business value realization and transformation strategy.Experience advising clients on Digital Engineering initiatives involving digital thread, digital twin, Model-Based Enterprise (MBE), MOM/MES, and ERP ecosystems.Proven ability to build strategic recommendations, transformation roadmaps, and executive business cases for complex engineering organizations.Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage engineering leaders, business executives, and technical teams.What's on OfferAnnual salary between $140,000 and $180,000, depending on experience.Paid time off ranging from 12 to 25 days, based on employee grade.Company-paid holidays, personal days, and sick leave.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.Retirement benefits.Interested?
