This client is specifically looking for a strong Accountant/Senior Accountant ready for the next step up! No direct reports to start but there is an AP/AR Clerk on the team.

Reporting directly into the Controller, you will be owning the entire $30M plant function in IL from a cost accounting perspective. As the Accounting Manager, you will also drive continuous process improvements and partner with the Plant Manager onsite to provide key financial analysis to support the business' growth.

This contract role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records through journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The position also supports consolidated reporting, audit preparation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

The Senior Accountant, Consolidations is a key member of the corporate accounting team, responsible for managing the consolidation and reporting of financial results in compliance with U.S. GAAP. This role requires a strong understanding of consolidation principles, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and equity accounting.
