As an MEP Manager, you will oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems on large-scale commercial construction projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams, trade partners, design teams, and clients to ensure systems are designed, coordinated, and installed to the highest standards of quality, performance, and efficiency. This role requires extensive Ground-Up, Mission Critical, or Industrial construction experience, along with over 15 years in the field-10 of those as a Superintendent-with strong expertise across all 16 construction divisions, particularly in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships with subcontractors and clients, anticipates project challenges, and is comfortable with 100% travel.

As a Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of vertical build projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing project time lines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to quality standards and client requirements. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the construction processes.

Create and execute project preplanning activities with subcontractors. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules
