Carry out foundational project research, focusing on zoning restrictions, regulatory compliance, title verification, and risk identification. Facilitate the acquisition of essential permits and approvals in synchronization with the project's chronological framework.

Oversee all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, and quality control.

Provide guidance, leadership and direct supervision of site staff.

The Senior Project Manager will have the responsibility of supervising every aspect of the construction process, collaborating closely with engineers and architects to create plans, and communicating with Superintendents to ensure that quality, budget, and timeline align with the client's expectations.
