This Estimator role supports the preconstruction process by assisting with cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bid preparation for commercial and multi-family construction projects. The position involves working closely with senior estimators and project teams to analyze pricing, coordinate subcontractor bids, and ensure accurate project scope and documentation.
The Estimator - Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Healthcare, Mission Critical, & Automotive Construction - will process Purchase Orders, facilitate the bidding, squaring up bids, selecting trades and suppliers who perform well at competitive prices with production team, execute contracts in an efficient manner and oversee creation of master purchase orders to pay all construction billings timely, efficiently and accurately.
