The MEP Superintendent - Aviation / High Rise will oversee and manage the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects within the aviation and high-rise sectors. This role requires a strong background in construction and a commitment to delivering quality results on time and within budget.

Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

The Assistant Superintendent's primary role is to support the Lead Superintendent and Project Manager in the successful completion of assigned projects by assuming responsibility of daily operations of projects as assigned by Lead Superintendent. The Assistant Superintendent will be a detailed craftsman with multiple talents, in all construction trades in order to appropriately and professionally complete all aspects of construction work.

• The Superintendent shall work in partnership with the Project Manager for creating, updating, maintaining and managing all the schedules for the project.
• Ability to create a Master Project Schedule with comprehension of required construction activities and logic sequencing.
• Perform daily inspection of units and prepare, maintain and distribute the three-week schedule for Owner/subcontractors and suppliers.

Works in collaboration with Project Manager to oversee operational, personnel and financial aspects of the construction project.
