The Global Director of Manufacturing Finance and Controlling plays a critical leadership role in overseeing financial activities across the company's global manufacturing operations. This leader will work closely with multiple teams within global operations to champion financial excellence and change initiatives partnering closely with the COO and reporting directly to the CFO.

As a Financial Controller, you will work alongside the Chief Financial Officer and be responsible for the group's financial management. You will also work with internal and external auditors in the DRC.

As the Controller, you will partner with the VP of Finance & CFO and other executive leaders to oversee the financial management of two manufacturing facilities. You will take full ownership over the financials of both facilities as well as handle all Accounting close processes to ensure accuracy, compliance and meet company goals for growth. The Project/Senior Accountant will be responsible for a variety of accounting and finance processes such as Month End close, Job Costing, WIP Reporting, and GL reconciliations. The Project/Senior Accountant will report directly to the CFO and work closely with a variety or Project and Account Managers providing budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
