Work on a variety of healthcare construction projects throughout Indianapolis. Our client is an established design-build general contractor who is looking to bring on an experienced Senior Project Manager to help oversee these projects and their teams.

As Senior Project Manager you will play a key role in overseeing and delivering industrial, commercial, and healthcare construction projects from start to finish. You will also work directly with the leadership team to continue growing my clients image across the Midwest. The Project Manager will:

• Complete Budgeting and Scheduling for projects and track same. Monitor progress, requisition change orders and identify any potential risks. Maintain relationships with sub-contractors and clients.

Create and execute project pre-planning activities with subcontractors. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules.
