A junior civil estimator with experience in site work and utilities supports the preparation of cost estimates by performing quantity takeoffs, analyzing drawings and specifications, and assisting with pricing for earthwork, grading, drainage, and underground utilities. They also work with project managers, engineers, and field teams to review constructability, verify scope, and incorporate site conditions and utility requirements into accurate and competitive bids.
