An Assistant Superintendentt oversees the daily operations of a construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety regulations. They manage workers, subcontractors, and materials while coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to maintain efficient progress.
We're seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex Building and Construction projects with excellence. You'll manage planning, execution, coordination, and completion-ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional results.This role is based in Buffalo, NY, working directly with cross‑functional teams, subcontractors, and leadership to keep projects on time, on budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
As the superintendent, you'll be responsible for running the jobsite and ensuring the project is executed safely, efficiently, and to spec. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and owners to keep the project moving and problem‑solve issues in real time.
This role supports large, complex builds while working closely with senior project leaders. You'll gain hands‑on experience across field and office operations with a company known for its strong market reputation and consistent project pipeline.
Work in tandem with the Superintendent to assist in overseeing daily construction-site activities, managing subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, maintains schedules, and ensures high-quality work. Coordinates with project leaders, resolves field issues, and communicates progress. Operates with significant autonomy, independently directing project execution and on-site decision‑making to ensure successful delivery.
The Assistant Superintendent will manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to lead teams effectively in Tampa.
Support the coordination of project activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning, to help achieve on‑time and cost‑effective delivery.
