We are seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive execution of complex Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects. This role will lead high-voltage transmission and substation initiatives from planning through construction and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential to convert into a long-term leadership role.

Oversees day-to-day construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. They coordinate teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain communication with clients to meet the specific needs of highly regulated environments like hospitals and airports.

• Assume daily responsibility for project management and field operations

Lead corporate interior bids, managing estimating, takeoffs, and scope development from RFP through pricing. They work closely with clients, designers, and trade partners to ensure constructability, manage risk, and help secure new work.

Support the oversight of multifamily residential projects by coordinating timelines, supervising subcontractor activities, monitoring financial performance, and addressing on-site challenges to keep construction progressing smoothly and at a high standard. Additionally, ensure consistent communication among all stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the project's lifecycle.

We are seeking a Project Engineer - T&D to support the execution of high-voltage transmission and substation projects (69kV-500kV). You'll partner with Project Managers, field teams, and design engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

This role is designed as a contract-to-hire pathway into a Project Manager track.
