I'm partnered with the CFO at a growing, multi-million dollar, family-owned manufacturer in Oswego, IL. The company is in rapid growth mode and looking to add to their team by bringing on a Staff Accountant!

Reporting into the VP, you will be a key member of the accounting team, working closely with the Senior Leaders and providing financial information to impact operating decisions. The Staff Accountant will assist in the month-end close process and manage the weekly payroll function, while gaining exposure to various areas in accounting and finance.

Our client is a $30M-$40M Automotive Manufacturer who has quickly ascended to the top of their industry. They're currently looking to bring on an Accounting Manager to own their Accounting function in their HQ near the Vernon Hills, IL area. This role will be tasked with the Month/Year-End Close, Inventory Management, Cost Accounting, External/Internal Audits, and FP&A. The Accounting Manager will oversee a team of 4, and will report into the Controller and CFO.

We placed two individuals last year due to this growth, and as one of those individuals already received a promotion, they are now looking to bring on a Project Costing Accounting Manager.

As the Project Costing Accounting Manager, you will oversee the construction project accounting, asset capitalization processes, and provide analytical insights to support strategic business decision-making. You will also work collaboratively with cross-discipline departments (engineers, project managers, finance, etc) to ensure accuracy in each project's completion. They are wanting this person to come in and hit the ground running to capitalize on the growth the company is experiencing and to quickly progress their career forward.
