The HR Project Manager will lead HR initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of critical projects. This role is responsible for establishing and operating the programs, driving global HR initiatives and M&A integrations. Acting as a central coordinator across regions, functions, and systems, the role ensures pace, rigor, transparency, and delivery in a fast‑growing, evolving environment.

You will support the Project Manager and Superintendent in coordinating all aspects of construction delivery, including RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and change management across complex healthcare, life science, and commercial projects.

Coverage including key IT infrastructure including operating systems, databases, virtualization, middleware, unified communications, web application infrastructure, IT Governance, Change Management, Remote Access, Incident and Problem Management, Cloud, and more. Responsible for conducting regular IT application audits, ensuring work is performed in accordance with IIA standards and Internal Audit Department (IAD) policies.

This role focuses on Document Control, Change Management, and Configuration Management within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. It requires experience with technical drawings and documentation, enabling the successful candidate to lead the document control team in preparing and processing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

The Senior Business Process Manager owns the end-to-end design, governance, and transformation of engineering-to-manufacturing processes, with a primary focus on EBOM/mBOM alignment, engineering change management, and work-in-process (WIP) visibility. This individual will act as both a strategic architect and hands-on implementation leader and cross-functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.

This Senior Quality Engineer will support specific product lines while providing hands-on quality leadership across manufacturing, new product introductions, and product transfers. The role plays a critical part in validation, change management, and ensuring compliant product release in a highly regulated environment.

• Project setup, schedule, cost control, quality control, project communications, project relationships, change management, project closeout and safety.
• Develop relationships with clients, potential clients, subcontractors and vendors.

The Superintendent is responsible for running a successful project from the field including; site safety, logistics, project schedule, sub-contractors, etc. They will also be responsible for some Assistant Project Management responsibilities including change orders requests, RFI's.
