The Senior Superintendent will lead field operations on large-scale construction projects, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality targets are met. This role requires strong leadership, coordination with project teams, and the ability to drive projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This role supports full‑lifecycle engineering and execution across Transmission (69-500kV), Substation (12-345kV), and Distribution (4-35kV) projects, coordinating multi‑discipline design packages, managing deliverables and documentation, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance, and providing field‑focused engineering support through design, permitting, construction, and closeout.

This role is a flexible preconstruction position supporting early‑phase project execution, including estimating, budgeting, and planning. The hire can operate as an Estimator, Preconstruction Manager, or a PM with strong precon experience, depending on background and strengths.
