The Construction Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction of multiple commercial, and industrial projects throughout the Chicago-land area. They will be working on the project from start to finish. They are responsible for overseeing project managers, superintendents, and working closely with the developers.
Perform basic estimating duties such as data input, preparing RFI's, and reviewing plans and requirements for construction. Responsible for all documentation for the project, and review, set, and manage budget throughout the project.
