This role will manage vendor and subcontractor payments, lien waiver compliance, and AIA billing processes while ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements. The ideal candidate will have construction accounting experience and a strong understanding of subcontractor management, job costing, and payment processing.

I'm partnered with a privately held industrial metals company supporting large-scale commercial construction and infrastructure projects across the U.S. As the company continues to grow, they have added a newly created Senior Accountant position to join the team near their office in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Reporting directly to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will support the accounting and finance functions within the organization. This individual will support the financial accounting and reporting functions for a privately held industrial organization. Responsibilities include overseeing billing activities and processing project-related change orders, assisting with financial forecasting and projections, maintaining and updating general ledger activity across multiple accounts, and supporting the month-end close process along with the overall financial reporting cycle.
