The Senior Tooling Engineer will serve as the technical expert in injection molding, leading a small team of skilled engineers. This role will work closely with Business Development to drive new business opportunities and oversee all new projects at the Massachusetts facility. The position reports directly to the General Manager.

The Senior Principal Lean Leader will be leading the Attleboro site in all things lean and continuous improvement, working directly with the NAM and site leader. Running all things Kaizen, Lean and Value steam mapping, as well as optimizing all processes in the facility. Working with the other teams on site to run diagnostics to find the next project to work on.

The Quality Engineer candidate will need an understanding of AS9100 audits as well as CAPAs, RCAs and other Quality Principles. This role will also be hands on with the manufacturing team.

The Senior Quality Engineer will be working hands on with the rest of the manufacturing and engineering team. Working with the AS9100 & NADCAP standards. Metals and customer facing experience are needed to work in this position.

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, virtual demos, quoting, negotiation, and closing.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals for aftermarket services within the assigned territory.
