Our Gc client is looking to reinforce their team with an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager background. They cover a wide range of commercial projects and will build typically in the $3M - $25M range. PM must have completed a minimum of two projects as PM to be considered for this role. Upcoming projects include multifamily apartments, daycare, senior living, mixed-use commercial, car dealership, and churches.

• Minimum of 5 years as a Superintendent, but ideally 8 years or more
• Open on project background, but must have extensive ground-up experience with projects $5MM+
• Healthcare or Medical office building experience is required.
• Needs to live within 45 minutes of Athens, GA.
• Strong tenure is important. No more than 3/4 companies in the last 10 years
