The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead advanced process development, CNC programming, and production readiness for medical device components and assemblies. This role supports both new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives for Class II and III medical devices-including CNC‑machined parts, catheter sub‑assemblies, and finished devices.
This Manufacturing Engineer will support machining and manufacturing operations by developing, evaluating, and improving production processes in a low-volume, high-mix environment. It partners closely with engineering and production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing execution.
The Manufacturing Engineer develops, reviews, and improves manufacturing processes to ensure products are built safely, efficiently, and to specification. This role works closely with engineering, production, and machine shop teams to support low‑volume, high‑configuration manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will be instrumental in introducing, optimizing, and scaling processes for Nitinol tube and wire manufacturing, serving as a key technical liaison between Production, Quality, and Engineering. This is a hands‑on engineering position with real ownership of systems, processes, and improvements.
