The Traveling Superintendent has proven experience overseeing ground-up and remodel construction projects for major grocery and big-box retailers such as Walmart, Costco, Target, and other national chains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fast-paced retail environments, managing subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The traveling superintendent will be responsible for on site managing of the construction project. Able to coordinate with various subs and run a smooth schedule from start to finish.
