A Superintendent has the knowledge, skills, and experience to manage the day-to-day field operations of all aspects of a multifamily construction project. The Superintendent is responsible for all production aspects of the project and is accountable for producing quality work that is constructed consistent with the standard's set forth in the project's contract documents.

As a Commercial Construction Interior Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in the on-site management and coordination of interior restaurant construction projects 1-10M+. Your primary focus will be to ensure that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to drive successful project outcomes.

The Quality Control Manager will assure that construction team provides the highest quality of construction services and that we will meet or exceed all stated requirements in which we are involved with respect to materials and workmanship. This person will report into the VP and General Manager. This person should have experience with federal government clients and a strong ability to facilitate "Three Phases of Control" process as dedicated QCM.

The PCM utilizes their well-rounded construction experience to lead the development of potential projects from opportunity through signed contract and hand-off to our operations teams. The project development entails budgeting, both conceptual and trade-assisted, constructability reviews, schedule development, value engineering, design management, and effectively communicating these elements to clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

The Preconstruction Manager utilizes their well-rounded construction experience to lead the bidding for both conceptual budgets and hard-bid estimates, including creation or review of conceptual drawings, budgets, preliminary schedules, value engineering, and constructability reviews for a variety of project types. Specialize in general contracting, pre-construction, design-build, and sustainable construction for base building and historic modernization.
