You'll manage ground‑up retail builds (multi‑site and single‑site) from precon through closeout, driving schedule, cost, quality, and client communication. Expect fast‑paced timelines, standardized brand requirements, and close coordination with supers and trade partners.

This role oversees commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. The position blends operations and client-facing responsibilities, giving PMs ownership of delivery, quality, and ongoing account success.

Provide a daily client update including project progress report and photographs; keep a daily log of what took place on-site for each project. Communicate with the client daily about the project and be prepared to answer their questions.
