The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and control processes within our food manufacturing facility. As the Senior Director of Finance, you will lead FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making while partnering with executive leadership to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency. You will oversee cost management, pricing strategy, and margin improvement initiatives, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Additionally, you will drive financial reporting, compliance, and risk management processes to maintain strong financial controls. This position serves as the right hand to the VP of Finance and CFO and is viewed as a key part of succession planning for future leadership roles.

The Production Manager will oversee steam rental fleet production, innovation and development for the client to include internal and external builds. The Production Manager reports Directly to VP Operations.

The Director of Operations will lead key departments including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Facilities, driving both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution. This role is focused on developing high-performing teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning operations with business goals.

This will be a Food Safety and Supplier Quality based management role, with the opportunity yo work alongside the director as well as all other internal and external teams. This role will require travel to various manufacturing sites and offers a hybrid-work from home schedule.

The Quality Manager collaborates closely with the Director of FSQA to develop and implement strategies that ensure the safety, quality, and consistency of raw materials and final products, working across internal teams and external partners. They will lead audits, provide technical support, and drive continuous improvement by addressing compliance, certification, and quality issues, fostering operational excellence throughout the supply chain.
