A director of construction is a high-level professional responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects within an organization. They play a pivotal role in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring that construction activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Opportunity to become partial owner & ESOP program
The Director of Manufacturing Engineering - North America will oversee 7 plants in the US and Mexico region and roughly 7-8 direct reports. The Director of Manufacturing Engineering will also have global responsibility to ensure global standardization of equipment, tooling, processes, continuous improvement, installations, etc.
The Vice President of Operations North America will be responsible for the overall performance of 6 manufacturing plants (soon to be 7) in the US and Mexico. This person will drive overall financial performance, operational excellence, and change management at each location across the region. This is a remote role and this person can sit anywhere in the US.

The Sales Manager will be tasked with driving account management and business development opportunities with select OEM customers. This Sales Manager will manage day to day commercial activities for current programs while also pursuing future new business wins. The Sales Manager will manage a team of 1-2 program managers. Hybrid schedule - 3 days in the local office and 2 days working from home.
