Our client is a global, plastics manufacturer with operations across 30 countries. The family-owned organization has been around for over 75 years and has grown to over $1B focused with plastics across multiple industries including automotive, medical, pharmaceutical, home/building, shipping and advertising. Our client is looking for an experienced, progressive accounting professional in the manufacturing industry to join as their next Plant Controller out of their billion dollar facility in La Porte, IN. This role will provide you with the opportunity to be on the management team and influence process decisions, while also working in the daily accounting function and building a team.

They are located near Kenosha, WI and due to fantastic financial results over the last few years, they're looking to bring on an Assistant Controller to join their team.

Reporting into the Corporate Controller, the Assistant Controller will work alongside the CFO daily and collaborative cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Procurement, and IT teams. This role will have 2 direct reports, with the opportunity to grow a team beneath them as the company continues to expand.

There are 20 manufacturing sites across NA and 15 innovation labs that are constantly developing new products within the food commodities space. This client's customer base is in well-known stores such as Costco, Walmart, Aldi, etc. and they partner with large CPG companies such as Pepsi, Mars, Kraft, etc. They are now seeking to bring on a Pricing Manager to their growing team.

Reporting directly into the VP of Finance with constant communication with the Senior Leaders, the Pricing Manager will create and execute strategic pricing strategies for all the products underneath one of their business units. This role will also work cross-functionally with various departments such as sales, marketing, and product to align pricing with the overall financial goals of the organization.
