You will work as part of a tight knit team directly reporting to ownership. The ideal candidate will need to have prior experience working with a construction company or home builder ideally.

This role will be responsible for building out the Talent Acquisition function at the organization. They will be responsible for strategy, full cycle recruitment(corporate functions), managing the relationship with their recruitment agency for hourly positions and more.

• Responsible for overall project estimating and bidding, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards
• The Commercial Construction Estimator is also responsible for the leadership and development of the project staff and ensuring the project meets or exceeds customer expectations
