We are seeking a proactive and experienced Superintendent to assist in coordinating and managing tilt-up warehouse construction projects. In this role, you will support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

The Superintendent is responsible for running a successful project from the field including; site safety, logistics, project schedule, sub-contractors, etc. They will also be responsible for some Assistant Project Management responsibilities including change orders requests, RFI's.

The Superintendent will be responsible for providing on-site leadership for large Ground Up projects including creating a safety of culture on site. You will report to the Sr. Superintendent on the project and work closely with their Project Manager to manage the project schedule, cost and subcontractors to deliver projects on-time and under budget. You will report to a Sr. / General Superintendent. Will consider and Assistant Superintendent as well.
