The Royalty Data Operations Analyst ensures timely and accurate contributor payments by managing sales data and resolving issues across multiple accounts in royalties and intellectual property systems. This high-visibility role involves analyzing data, managing publishing agreements, assisting with software testing, and supporting the Content Data Operations team in addressing inquiries from authors, publishers, and rights holders.

The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to attorneys and staff, as well as supporting the firm's hardware and equipment.

Provide top-tier IT support to the firm as well as manage third parties and various IT vendors. Support reporting through data via Tableau and Net Suite.

The Technology Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing all of the firm's technology projects, as well as overseeing hardware and software throughout the firm.

This role will be 5 days a week on site in the firm's NYC office.
