We are seeking a Substation Physical Project Designer - Grid to join our team in numerous locations (Chicago, IL, Warrenville, IL, Charlotte, NC, Cary, NC, Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO, Wilmington, DE, Lake Mary, FL, Tampa, FL, Elkridge, MD, Chattanooga, TN, Reading, PA, Fort Worth, TX, and Houston, TX). This contract/contract to hire role involves supporting engineering and manufacturing projects within the industrial and utilities.

I'm currently partnered with the CFO of a billion-dollar global manufacturer based in downtown Chicago. As the company continues to grow, they're looking to bring on a new FP&A Manager to join their team!

Reporting directly to the CFO, the FP&A Manager will focus on financial planning and analysis-including forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management. The role also includes a systems and performance management component, helping to streamline processes within a complex organizational structure. You'll manage the strategic direction for financial applications and reporting tools, establish the systems roadmap, understand architecture, and maintain best practices.
