Our client is a growing, private label Food Manufacturing organization supporting some of the largest Retail and Food service companies in the world. They are located near Kenosha, WI and due to fantastic financial results over the last few years, they're looking to bring on an Assistant Controller to join their team.

Reporting into the Corporate Controller, the Assistant Controller will work alongside the CFO daily and collaborative cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Procurement, and IT teams. This role will have 2 direct reports, with the opportunity to grow a team beneath them as the company continues to expand.

The role includes analyzing results, explaining variances, coordinating audits, reviewing contracts and capital spend, and improving processes. They'll also oversee and develop the accounting team.

Reporting directly into the CFO, the Director of Treasury will lead treasury operations by overseeing key corporate services, including cash flow management, borrowings, debt, U.S. cash management, and initiatives to enhance the accuracy of U.S. cash flow forecasting. In addition, you will lead a team of 3 individuals and partner cross-functionally with various departments/locations.
