This Production Manager role is responsible for driving production output, quality, safety, and on-time delivery for a rubber molding operation while leading a team of 20-25 employees. Reporting to the General Manager, the position requires a highly visible, hands-on leader who can troubleshoot issues, make decisions independently, and improve operational performance.
