As the Director of Total Rewards, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's approach to compensation, benefits, and overall rewards strategies. In this hybrid role, you will spend 2 days in the office and collaborate with a dedicated team to design and implement comprehensive total rewards programs that align with the mission and values of the organization.
The Payroll Administrator works with the Payroll Manager to ensure payroll transactions for its 50+ sites are processed in a timely and accurate manner. This includes reviewing paperwork received; importing files; ensuring proper paperwork and approvals prior to payroll processing; reconciling payroll prior to transmission; and validating reports. Significant knowledge of both ADP Workforce Now and Excel is key.
