The Quality Product Engineer will lead quality initiatives across the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, managing CAPAs, and driving supplier corrective actions to closure. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support failure analysis, reliability testing, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction at our Cumberland, RI facility.

The Senior Product Quality Engineer is responsible for overseeing supplier, subcontractor, and internal product/process quality, including physical/electrical measurements, CAPA activities (like SCAR, PCAR, NCMR), and supporting ISO 9001:2015 audits. They must also maintain quality documentation, work closely with failure analysis and reliability teams, and drive supplier corrective actions and process improvements.
