A growing industrial automation company is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations while remaining actively involved in the design and delivery of custom machinery and automated systems. This is an excellent opportunity to combine technical expertise with team leadership, working on innovative projects from concept development through commissioning.
This role is approximately a 50/50 split between engineering leadership and direct technical contribution. The successful candidate will lead projects involving custom machinery, automated manufacturing systems, robotic cells, and production equipment while mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence across the organization.
This leadership role oversees manufacturing engineering support, technical problem-solving, and operational excellence activities across a complex production environment. The successful candidate will combine strong people leadership with deep engineering expertise to improve equipment reliability, productivity, quality, and overall operational performance.
