The Procurement Manager will spearhead all procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring cost-efficient acquisition of goods and services in alignment with the company's strategies. This position resides in our Schaumburg office on a Hybrid schedule and plays a vital role in driving strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement operations.

Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, the Director will oversee sourcing, purchasing, production, and vendor relations, while also contributing hands-on to daily operations. The ideal candidate is a strong, collaborative leader who can guide a team of six (four direct and two indirect reports), while remaining deeply involved in key functions like global sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization.

The North America Senior Procurement Manager will oversee the strategic sourcing, negotiating and management of the procurement of commodities and ingredients needed for the production process. This position involves strategic sourcing, vendor management and ensuring a continued and stable supply of materials of the highest quality.

The Vice President of Preconstruction will provide strategic leadership in the preconstruction phase of projects while also maintaining a hands-on role in all preconstruction functions. This position requires a high level of expertise in construction estimating, procurement, and project management.
