This role leads the compensation function within the Human Resources department and oversees the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and related data management responsibilities. It supports the VP of Human Resources in a variety of strategic and operational functions, including compensation analysis, compliance reporting, policy development, performance management, and HRIS maintenance.
