Directs activities of workers concerned with construction of commercial projects, including but not limited to schools, airports, mixed-use living spaces, and more.

• Provide a daily client update including project progress report and photographs; keep a daily log of what took place on-site for each project. Communicate with the client daily about the project and be prepared to answer their questions.

Manage on site operations and personnel with direct responsibility for project schedule, sequence of construction, logistics, means & methods, safety, security, municipal inspections and quality assurance. Manage and mentor field personnel assigned to the project.

The Superintendent will oversee subcontractors and field staff, ensuring project schedules are aligned and completed on time. Responsibilities include managing QA/QC processes, coordinating with clients and design teams, and attending weekly OAC meetings.

Create and execute project preplanning activities with subcontractors. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules
