You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless life‑cycle management of capital project execution.

You will lead all aspects of construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team members to ensure timely and successful project completion while also managing risks and resolving any issues that may arise during the process. This person will have a team of PMs and PEs reporting to them.

This Project Manager will step into a live multifamily development in Cincinnati and lead delivery through key construction phases. The role offers immediate responsibility, autonomy on site, and future project continuity across Ohio.
