An estimator is responsible for evaluating project costs by analyzing labor, materials, and time requirements to provide accurate and competitive pricing estimates. They collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure estimates meet budgetary and project specifications.

The Chief Estimator is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of project estimating-from concept to final proposal. You will manage a team of estimators and collaborate closely with project management, business development, and executive leadership to ensure accurate, competitive, and profitable bids across a range of commercial sectors.

As a Project Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of the construction projects, ensuring that budgets are met, expenses are tracked accurately, and all financial reporting is timely and compliant. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, construction industry processes, and project management.

This role will require high level attention to detail and project management skills as it pertains to dispatching to fulfill daily work orders.
