Join this Owner's Representative for an opportunity to get out of the GC world. As a Project Engineer you will partner with the project management team on day-to-day management and leadership of the design, construction, and close out of projects.
The Superintendent will lead on-site operations for retail construction projects, including interior build-outs, renovations, and select ground-up developments. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage tight deadlines, and understands the importance of delivering projects on time to meet store opening schedules. The Superintendent will play a critical role in coordinating trades and ensuring project execution.
