Needless to say, we are well-versed in the ins and outs of hiring for roles across the full drug lifecycle, no matter how technical or niche. 
     

    We pride ourselves on recruiting best-in-class talent at speed. When clients are responsive and collaborate with us effectively, we can complete the hiring process in as little as 5-10 working days.  

    We have access to an exclusive database of locally-and globally based candidates that we have nurtured relationships with over the years through various stages of their careers within the Life Sciences industry.     You will have a dedicated manager assigned to your search who will have weekly meetings with you to drive the recruitment process forward. We find that this is particularly successful in reducing timelines, which is essential to keeping top-flight talent engaged in your process. Once we do get that ideal professional identified, we facilitate the offer stage. 

    We stay connected once you’ve onboarded the candidate. We schedule follow-up calls with both our clients and candidates at the 30, 60, and 90-day marks. Beyond this period, our Client Relationship Director is dedicated to building long-term relationships through regular check-ins with our clients and candidates committing our support in meeting their needs.
