The Business Unit Manager Industrial/HVAC - North America will report directly to the Segment General Manager based in the European HQ and dotted line report to the North America President. The Business Unit Manager will serve as a "General Manager" over the segment in North America working in a cross functional global team owning the strategy and execution for the North America market.
