Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and facilitating the timely flow of project information. Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
Manage subcontractor and vendor invoice approvals, monitor project budgets, ensure accurate cost allocation, analyze cost variances, and communicate potential budget overruns to maintain financial performance.
