We are seeking a Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily construction projects from start to finish. This role offers full ownership of site operations, with the autonomy to drive schedules, subcontractor performance, and project outcomes.

This Superintendent role leads on‑site delivery of a large K-12 education project beginning in June. You will have full responsibility for site execution while partnering closely with a Project Manager and senior field leadership.

Lead field operations on large-scale construction projects, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality targets are met. This role offers autonomy, leadership responsibility, and exposure to complex builds across multiple sectors.

Own onsite delivery for ground‑up and renovation projects in K-12 and healthcare, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality across fast‑paced environments. Join a well‑capitalized builder with a strong Columbus pipeline and opportunities to step into larger, more complex commercial work.
